Our story began during a late night call between me and my mentor, Augustine. Everything, from the initiation stage to the naming of the studio, was random. Our initial plan was just to get out of our caves as we were both sick and tired of being cavemen; and with the idea of working alone. We needed a change and we viewed the chance as a big break for our careers. We needed a big space to produce our masterpieces. Soon enough, we found our own private studio at a discreet location as both Augustine and I wanted to have all the artistic freedom in the world to serve our very own regular customers without any disturbances. We started out with only 4 artists, Yen, Lionel, Augustine and myself. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect this little idea of ours to venture this far; to bring a revolutionary change to the tattooing scene in Singapore. One by one, our good friends from various studios joined us with no egos but only with respect for one another.

In just 3 months, our family of 4 rapidly grew to 12. With the many talents, we expanded with a second studio to accommodate the growing number of artists. GimmeLove has a group of tattoo artists heading in the same direction, aiming to provide the best custom tattoos and we will never settle for anything less than what we're capable of. The utmost passion we have for the tattooing art helps to push our artistic boundaries. The positive vibe in this conducive environment helps our artists to strive for the best in every art piece.

Besides being able to satisfy our own artistic hunger, fulfilling the needs of our customers is also of top priority.

GimmeLove is not just like any other studio on the street… Gimmelove IS a family oozing with creative energy and vibes so strong that it can take your breath away. For that, I’m grateful to be a part of it and together, we will never stop believing.

This is our history, and it will only get better from here.
